Refund Policy - Mechanic On Duty (MOD)
Membership in Mechanic-on-Duty may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to us via mail or facsimile. Your request must be signed and must contain your MOD membership number. Mail should be addressed to: Mechanic-on-Duty, LLC, 44 Washington St., Toms River, NJ 08753 and facsimile transmissions should be sent to:
1-888-691-5663. A pro-rated refund of the unused membership term, based upon the date your written request is received will be sent to you by check.
